Michael Oher, an American football offensive tackle, is an estimated worth of $16 million. Oher's tale was featured in "The Blind Side", a 2009 Oscar Award-winning movie starring Sandra Bullock & Tim McGraw. Michael's character was played by Quinton Aaron.Michael Oher was born May 28th June, 1986 in Memphis, Tennessee. Oher was the child of Denise Oher (an alcoholic and crack cocaine addict) and Michael Jerome Williams (a father who spent a lot of time in prison). He was not disciplined nor was he given the attention he needed due to his family background. In his first nine years of school, he attended eleven different schools and went through the first and second grades. When he was seven He was taken into foster custody. He lived in different foster homes, and was subject to periods of homelessness. Oher's biological father, who was former cellmate, Denise Oher's brother, was killed in prison when Oher was a senior high school student. At the time that Michael Oher was 16 years old, Sean Tuohy was and Leigh Anne Tuohy took over as Oher's legal guardians. They hired Oher as a tutor who assisted him with homework for 20 hours per week.
