She is currently signed to WWE, where she performs on the SmackDown brand. She is the present SmackDown Women's Champion in her second reign. Her participation in the Ultimate Fighting Championship is what is what makes her the most well-known. Roddy Piper has given her the name "Rowdy" and she started her professional wrestling career with WWE in the year 2018. She debuted at Wrestlemania 34. She was given the Raw Women's Championship in that year's SummerSlam and she headlined WWE's inaugural all-women's pay per view , when she won her title in WWE Evolution. Rousey was unable to defend her title in the first ever women's WrestleMania main-event , which took place at Wrestlemania 35. Rousey returned to the ring at Royal Rumble 2022, winning the women's Royal Rumble match. Charlotte Flair was her challenger for the SmackDown Women's match.
