Johnny Knoxville

Johnny Knoxville is an American actor screenwriter, film producer comedian, stuntman and actor who has a net worth of $ 50 million. Most famously, he is known for his role as the star and co-creator of MTV's reality TV show Jackass. Born Philip John Clapp on March 11, 1971 in Knoxville Tennessee, he is also known professionally under the stage name Johnny Knoxville. His father Philip was a car and tire salesman and his mother, Lemoyne worked as a Sunday school teacher; he has two older sisters. Knoxville credits his cousin, singer-songwriter Roger Alan Wade, with inducing him to become an actor after Wade offered him the book of Kerouac's book On The Road. In 1989 the year he completed his studies at South-Doyle High School. He then moved to California to pursue a career in acting. His first acting jobs were mostly in commercials and also as an extra. It was not easy to secure the role of his dreams and finally received his "big break" when he began proposing his ideas to magazines to write articles. His plan to test self-defense tools on himself caught the eye of the skateboarding magazine run by Jeff Tremaine Big Brother, and he was given the chance to film their stunts which were featured in the Big Brother's Number Two video. Knoxville, Tremaine,
