 David Holden created Young & Hungry the American Romantic sitcom. Rex Lee created Young & Hungry, a multi-camera sitcom which stars Emily Osment and Jonathan Sadowski. It premiered on ABC Family (now Freeform) on June 25, 2014. On October 24, 2016, Osment announced via Twitter that Young & Hungry had been renewed for a fifth season.On March 15 in 2018 it was announced that the fifth season would be the final. The last 10 episodes premiered on June 20, 2018, and ended on July 25, 2018. The final film of the series was originally announced along with the announcement of cancellation. The film was pulled back on August 24 in 2018. Set in San Francisco, Josh Kaminski, a wealthy tech entrepreneur, employs Gabi Diamond to serve as his personal chef. They have a one-night date after getting into some trouble at Gabi's dinner trial. The series examines their lives and their relationships. The dynamic follows the couple's relationship and their love lives. Gabi faces a variety of problems in the kitchen. Gabi lives in an apartment together with Sofia her best friend. Sofia (AKA 'lil SoSo).
