Asad Hanif

 Abdullah Hanif, born 17 September 1982, is a former international cricketer from the United Arab Emirates in the 2004 ICC Intercontinental Cup. He played as an all-rounder, batting left-handed and bowling with his right arm medium pace.Hanif represented the UAE under-19s in the 2001 Youth Asia Cup in Nepal. As vice-captain he was Mohammad Usman's teammate. Hanif was chosen to play for the UAE senior team in the match against Nepal in the month of March 2004. This was the first-ever one-class match. Hanif was third in each of the innings, and scored 12 runs in the first innings, while he scored nine runs in the second. He also bowled first-change in the first innings of Nepal (behind Ali Asad and Asim Saeed), but was only required for two overs.Asad Chowdhury (born 11 February 1943) is a poet, writer, translator and radio personality, and journalist, and a cultural activist in Bangladesh. In 2013, he was awarded Ekushey Padak and in 1987 in 1987, the Bangla Academy Literary Award.
