Barbi Benton

 Barbi Benton (born Barbara Lynn Klein; January 28th, 1950) is an American retired model, actress, television personality, and singer. She has been a regular in Playboy magazine as a regular for four seasons in the comedy series Hee Haw, and for recording a number of modestly successful albums in the 1970s. After the birth of her first child in the year 1986, Benton retired from show business in order to take care of her family.She was raised in Sacramento and went to Rio Americano High School and had a range of lessons including scuba diving, piano - and even some "tearoom modeling" during her time at the school. After attending UCLA to become an aspiring veterinarian, she found it difficult to stand the thought of blood, and was inspired to begin modeling. After graduation from high school, she attended UCLA and at the age of 18, landed an opportunity with Playboy as a model on their entertainment program Playboy After Dark. The show began as an actor on the show, however, when host Hugh Hefner fell in love with Benton and her character, she was swiftly elevated to co-host.
